By using BeProductive, provided free of charge by Be12 Media, Chennai, India, you agree to these terms.

The service

BeProductive helps you save links (for example Instagram reels and YouTube videos), plan actions, track habits and focus time. It is provided "as is", and features may change. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older (or have a guardian's consent), give accurate details, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the notes and plans you create. Saved links point to content owned by their creators. BeProductive stores only the link, title, thumbnail and caption preview for your personal use. Respect each platform's terms and creators' rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use BeProductive to break the law, store illegal content, attack or overload the service, or scrape other people's data.

Third-party platforms

Instagram, YouTube, Google and other names are trademarks of their owners. BeProductive is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Connections depend on their APIs, which may change.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Be12 Media is not liable for indirect losses or lost data arising from use of a free service. Keep exports of anything important (Settings → Download my data).

Law
